My .02 here.
K&N is supposed to allow better airflow. However, they tend to require a bit of cleaning. And if you buy the official kn cleaner kit and oil, it can become a little pricey after a few cleanings. If they become un-oiled then dirt can pass through like any filter. They are supposed to be good for sand riding. If you go this route make sure to run an Outerwears cover over the k&n filter.
Uni-Is supposed to be a high air flow filter also, but is highly debatable against k&n. Uni has multi layer filtration, and in opinion appears to have more actual filtration of the air than k&n, but I have yet for either filter to allow particles by.
This one can be oiled with regular oil. I've heard by some that the uni's tend to get plugged in the sand and are more for dirt riding. I imagine if you had an airbox youd be fine though.
Stock-Most reliable filter I've ever run. Also the least maintenance required. Stock probably has better filtration than either of the other ones, and this is why it is also refered to as "slightly restrictive". Can't go wrong with stock imo.
Dammit!

Uni's cost half as much. No reason to spend the extra cash for a K&N on a 125. You can tell the performance difference between a K&N and a Uni on a modded R but you're not going to tell on a 125m.

Yep, just go with a Uni pod. I have one I'd sell you but it's for a different size machine. They work great.
