Never having owned a blaster, I have been stumped for many years by the stupid question of what size engines these things have?? Also what years were they made from??
Thanks
Ryan.

yeah, 195cc stock, made from 88 to 06, and probably one of the funnest bikes i have ever owned. tons of potential, tons of aftermarket parts, tons of fun!!! yeah alot of people look down on the blaster, but i tell yah first hand they can be made to compete with the bigger 250's.

blasters sure are fun little quads, I use to have one back in 2002 when I bought it brand new. Stock there pretty mild and somewhat boring after riding it alot. But theres so many hop ups for them its not even funny. But being 6' 2'' they seem a little cramped.

yeah, they are really small, which makes them fun, especially if you put some money into the motor to pull a few extra ponies.
for a 200cc motor, they have quite a pathetic stock output though.

I think they are pretty fun little quads, you can whip them around like nothing while out riding. And as everyone has said, get that little 200cc ported, pipe, reeds, etc, etc and they move along pretty good.

DONT worry I pimp my GF's blaster all the time and Im 6 250lbs! and it hauls me around great, but its way from not being stock, all internals are new well not new anymore, vitos 3mm stroker crank, bored some, fmf pipe, modded ct silencer, honda 250R carb open air box, the usual stuff. It always starts on the first kick, its fun to fling around, and can flat out RIP though some trails!
here is a vid of my neighbors kid airing it out and some pics of it

being a small bike the frame will crack on a bigger person. they are fun little rippers and handle great. a kept one for about a month. when i sold it the frame hade more then 5 cracks, i never crashed it and there was no jumps on the property. imo the blaster is made for experience kids.

dunno about that....I think that thing may have had some cracks allready, mine is a 89 model and I dont know about what it did prior to me owning it, but after WE got ahold of it, its been aired through some sick jumps, abnormaly fast through trails, flipped, and all kinds of things....cracks....zero....

I rode my buddies 89, and I'm 6'5" lol. Loved that thing, had some mild work done to it, but it was so easy to toss around.
