Actualy thats an 87. 84-86 looked quite a bit differant. 87 i believe is the only year that had those side pannels. 86-87 should be the same engine wise. Also monkey butt parts has connecting rods for the kx80 that will fit 82-97. they also have pistons that will fit your bike and quite a bit of other stuff. you can find gasket kits there also for the 87. im sure it will help you out alot. (edit) I almost forgot, you can get your pipe from DG. I would suggest dirtoverstock as they have good prices. http://dirtoverstock.com/searchresult.aspx?categoryid=126 http://www.monkeybuttparts.com/pk4/store.pl?section=525 http://w1.bikepics.com/pics/2005/11/12/bikepics-465226-800.jpg

All of the 80cc pinger bikes are fun as heck to ride, very zippy and a great power-to-weight ratio.
As for your shock, it's blown out. Seal destroyed, oil leaked out, nitrogen needs replacing too, I'm willing to bet.

Soak it in PB Blaster or something similar for a week. Go into the garage every day and coat all the visible sections of the swingarm bolt with more PB. Wait a while, then thread a nut onto the threads to keep from rounding the end of the bolt over, and thwack it a few times with a giant mallet. If it doesn't help, you need to Sawzall it off.
