Those or these Barnett disk are both good. Just a matter of preference http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda-350X-350-X-Barnett-Kevlar-Clutch-Disks-85-86_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247Q QcategoryZ43977QQihZ008QQitemZ4637532013QQrdZ1QQss pagenameZWD1V

After using Vesrah fibers in my 350X, I'd recommend using OEM fibers.

I re-used my steel plates and bought new OEM springs. The adjustment changes depending on engine temp with the Vesrah fibers. When cold it will sit and idle fine in gear with the clutch lever pulled in. Once it gets hot, when idling in gear it will want to chug forward slightly. I am constantly giving it slight adjustments on the cable back and forth from hot to cold. It never did that with the OEM fibers that were original. I should have never touched it. It wasn't slipping, but I was heading to TF in 05 and didn't want some abusive drag racing to kill the 20 yr old clutch.

I've heard of people using the EBC and Barnett disks with success. I'd recommend using either all OEM springs or splitting up OEM springs with the new ones due to the heavier pull of the Barnett or EBC "heavy duty" springs. Unless you have major engine mods, you don't need more clamping force than what the OEM springs can provide. IMHO, anyway.

I have the clutch replacement section from the service manual extracted and saved in a pdf file. If you'd like it let me know. I'll email it to you or send you a link. rhuel.adams@gmail.com

So you think I'd be better of useing the old springs then, and just ordering fibers and plates, or reuse the plates also? I'll be emailing you about the manual file, thanks man.

I would suggest buying new OEM springs at the very least.

Some guys don't like the heavy clutch pull of the "Dirt Digger" type springs in the kit.

I've heard that some people use a combination of new OEM springs and some heavy duty springs that come with the kit. Alternate the OEM and heavy springs so you have 2 OEM springs across from each other and have 2 Heavy springs across form each other. I dunno how well that works, since I haven't done it personally. Maybe someone else will chime in.

I reused my steel plates cause my clutch was not slipping and the steels weren't "blued" or cracking at all. You'll have to inspect your steel plates and determine if they need replaced. I probably will replace my steels and fibers next time I pull it apart and go with all new OEM stuff. Money was tight at the time in 05 when I did mine. I was still a poor 33 yr college kid with a mortgage and 3 kids

Link to manual was sent this morning ~6AM. I also sent a few pics of mine while it was apart for reference.

Someone else wanna chime in here? I'm not an expert, just a casual rider and ex-mechanic.

i usually just replace the fiber's and lightly scuff the steel to remove any glazing. Unless some thing looks wore or damaged of couse.
