ATC 110 Engine Mount Removal

How do you take off the ATC 110 Engine mount ? The screws unscrew but then what? Should I hammer it off? And what do I do for replacing the seal? In the pic you can see what im talking about, there's the top engine mount, a seal, and then it attaches to the head.

Take the 4 bolts out and pop it off...you may have to tap it with a hammed to break the seal. After its off youll need a new gasket and youll need to torque those bolts to spec since they hold the cylinder and head all tight.

Where would I get this gasket? would I have to order one from Honda?

Honda will carry them. They may have to order it but theyre cheap. Do you have another mount? i may have an extra somewhere. The mount is the same on the ATC90 and the ATC110 with the only difference being that some of the 90s had 2 bolts on the headstay mount instead of one.
