allright, I'm going to get the 200x running again, I can't stand not riding in this wonderful weather! since it only need some minor things to be ridable, I'm going to do it.

Things needed to be done so far:
Needs triple tree bearings
needs a rear shock (think I got one..)
needs oil pump replaced, I'm pretty sure I have that located and got ashop to get the old one off.

That's it for now, I forget what it needed when i tore it down. I'll update with pics, if I can, and update as i go along.

Update, I have a "new" Sony cybershot dsc w80 camera on the way. Finally my own camera! After a battery and charger about 25 on eBay.
New color sheme is Red, with black tank forks, rear trunk also white swingarm. I think I want red tank, white decals Thoughts?

My current status.
red tank breather line
black tank
red custom shrouds from a 250r.
white 250r front fender, cut down a bit on the back.
New Carlisle AT489 (http://tiresunlimited.com/images/carlisle_atv/489ATF.jpg) on the front
Waiting for new Duro Mud & Sand's (http://tiresunlimited.com/images/duro/HF243MS.jpg) 22x11x9
I wrapped my seat in a ford t-shirt that says built ford tough, and it's a gel seat or something? Also is wrapped in a "vintage'" belt
Painted my swingarm white
I just put my new UNI (http://www.mmiparts.com/images/parts_230-33.jpg) air filter on yesterday.
New steering stem bearings.
New Clutch discs.
New oil pump.
New cam and oil pump chain.
New black BLADE handlebars I've never heard of.
I have a blue headlight bulb, looks like HID..maybe.. :D 2.73 for 2.
DR650 (http://i.ebayimg.com/09/%21BhHOujwBmk%7E$%28KGrHqQH-E%21EsLcRW3W%29BLHt6mE%21Vg%7E%7E_12.JPG) Rear Master with custom mount plate.
Just rebuilt my rear caliper, new pads.

I still need:
red rear fenders
new wheel bearings front and back
my "trunk" stickers hair-dryer off and re-painted. Also it's got a gap in the seal, so i need to fix that.
My gas tank repaired, and repainted. It's leaking I've been stopping them by sanding and jb-weld. Not good!
disc brake alarm
Front CR master
Brake light
??I'm probably forgetting something???

I'm going to polish the rims, triples and the carb then get the rest paint/powder, whenever.

My trike is a well built POS, non stock rebuild at all. It's just what it is, just wait for the pics . I'm still sorry for no pictures :D

Put filter and 122 main in today. ran amazing until it got warmed up, and then i almost couldn't go in first..could it be the old plug? it was kinda clanky and the idle was high, i turned it down and the noise slowed and was more thuddy tuddy. Last night this happened my oil pump went out.

She's running great now. I'll be taking pictures tomorrow without my shrouds. I have to hairdryer them and bend them out a bit, they rub too much.
I'm not getting the Duro's I just found out, now im getting Carlisle Wolf Trail Sports. It was either them or mudlite at's. I hope i made a good decision!

Pictures tomorrow, with tires mounted. No one likes my project log without pics lol

I'm currently looking for an axle/castle nut. I couldn't get my axle lock nut collar off so I decided to wait for the bearings. They weren't too bad  I still have to repaint the gastank, and take off the white on my front fender. I think it'd look better red.

Like my shrouds?

Finally got some pics :Bounce:Bounce sorry for the messy garage!

I like your shrouds, very inventive and give a different - good different - look...not sure about the rear tires though...what size are they? Looks like it has come a long way - keep it up.

Sooooo, I give- What did you make the cool shroud(s) out of?
I also agree about those huge back tires, what are those?

Well there 22x10x9's Carsile Trail wolf pro's just came out I think, 50 a tire. They just look weird because they aren't on the hubs.

the shrouds are 250r shrouds that the bolt holes where bad. They are reversed. I'll take more pics today I have the other side halfway done, so it'll be a perfect example.

Here's a exhaust pic. You can also see how much my seat has faded. (it's a t-shirt over a gel seat)

Made progress on my axle today, and got the jam nut collar off at school. I have the bearing carrier sanded and prepped for welding. :D The bearing that did go out, the top was stuck to the carrier, the bottom is still on the axle! Don't ever run over barbed wire! It can be a silent killer! Any one know where to get new o-rings for the axle/carrier and the right bearing seal?

Tomorrow I'm measuring my caliper mounting plate and a cr250 front caliper I have and hopefully come up with something!

I wasn't able to get anything done at school, so I'm on my own until I can get the the big tools :D

3mm or .125" (1/8 inch) scrap piece of 6061 aluminum.
50mm/2" wide -- 127mm/5" long

cr250 Front Caliper, stock X shown.

And here's progress on my carrier. I'm using a smal triangle file for most of this. As I don't have the right dremel bits for aluminum. Had someone at school weld it, and they did an ok job. Built the weld up good to give me alot of work. haha

No news on carrier. I've torn down the bike for; a repaint, lube and check bolts. While I'm at it. I'm going to drain the engine of oil, and start the tear down for new gaskets/o-rings. Most of my time and money has been repairing my car and tuition for school.

Ok, I've been working on adapting a dr650 rear master to my bike. My first mock mount was out of thin steel. I actually used a side cover off a computer tower. Besides a bit rounded out holes, it works! It also formed the correct shape and size of my final mount.
Next step, 1/4" thick 6061 aluminum! --Pics will be edited in tom--
