So basically I am just showing my status on my 83' 110 and how I'm changing over frames from a broken one to a used one. I cannot get the brakes to work etc. due to them being machine pressed from what I understand. That's not too big of a deal, I will fix them soon enough or try to configure something.

Here is a few pictures of current work;

Here you can see that the three wheeler snapped perfectly in half, I disconnected the brake line and electrical and it pulled right out of the wiring harness. LOL

Here we have the other half were all the work needed to be done, and boy it was a lot for a little trike, especially with no manual work like this whatsoever on a trike!

In this picture I got the half of the trike in my barn, and set it up on a cinder block and a jack. This is where all the fun started.

25 years later, never tightened or messed with, the chain remained intact and fully operable with no problem whatsoever over all the years. Truly amazing!

Currently the rear axle is attached, I just put the front wheel and assembly on today. (The front wheel bearings were such a pain, they weren't packed, they were all loose, what a fun time that was putting together). I also used RTV high heat to seal the front engine mount to the engine, that went smooth from what I see and over the next few days hopefully the 110 will be running again, with no brakes though:wondering anyone have any ideas?

I will have more pictures soon, thanks for the time and enjoy!

-PS,
This trike isn't going to be for showroom purposes so don't be too harsh on my hacked way of getting this baby running. lol
- Also my exhaust was broken and my spark plug cable, only the tip that goes over the plug broke? when reattached will it still get spark etc. and send it to the engine? and will the half exhaust cause problems other than being really loud?

Looks like your project is coming along nicely. Did the frame break on you or did you buy it that way? I had a atc70 frame break in the same spot and had to do the same thing.

I actually had alot of fun on it and rode it for years before it happened! I'm just glad it broke when I went and sat on it and not while riding. The engine literally dropped to the ground...

How long was it sitting? It looks to be in really good condition. Great job saving it.:w00t:

It was sitting for around two to three years. I took off the carb and cleaned it today. Hopefully Tuesday it will be running. I got her fired up but she wasn't getting any gas only burning the starting fluid so well see. The Carb cleaning should work it's magic etc. But yeah it was sitting for a while.
