I'm gonna buy some carbon steel tubing and make a headlight guard.

I just need a ballpark size, I'm not trying to replicate anything. I just want to protect my headlight without paying 80$ for Hondaline....

Is that outer run about 3/8" outside diameter?? Looks to be fairly thin walled tubing also? Maybe I'll run solid 1/8" rods across the front.....

I have to order some rod for the brake guide I destroyed so I figure I'll get this stuff while I'm at it.

Thanks for any help :D

LOL - Yeah that would be sweet if you could measure it up, thanks.

I have a picture of every angle thanks to all the ones on EBAY.

On a side note - Old company I worked for is going bankrupt. I got in there Sat AM and scored a boring head, fly tool with inserts, inside guages, thin parallels and on and on and on :beer

Still waiting for free ductwork for my PC oven, already got the elements.

Rome wasn't built in a day ya know!!;)
