If you guys rise in Osceola natl forest make sure you have the registration stickers on your bike. $175 ticket per machine without it. We went today, 10 of us, and after my wife dislocated her knee and a trip to the ER, we went back to get the bikes when the rangers got us. Wrote me a $550 ticket for a ditch being tore up even though they didn't see us do it, then told us about those reg stickers. They are $37 a year and required anytime you take your bike on public land in Florida now.

Man sounds like it wont be worth the trip for me to go up there. I'd like to just get out and ride for a weekend when i can get some free time. It seems i'd be better off taking my machine up north, theres a lot of land and legal riding areas up in Pa...

Yea for serious! It's ridiculous the crap we have to put up with to be able to ride.. I don't even waste my gas to trailer my bike to the Ocala forest anymore and I haven't had the time to hit Osceola but I guess that's a no now

They closed a pretty good local riding area around here too, dumb idiots and riding like amatures just ruin everything!!

Well I also got a ticket for $550 the same day for a ditch that was spun up, thing was, I had taken my wife to the hospital b/c she had dislocated her knee earlier in the day on a different trail. We got back to get the bikes and I got the ticket b/c my YTM had the most mud on it. I'm going to court on this one!!!

But on a lighter note... Found out the YTM floats with no one on it... Lots of water up there.

Welcome to the good ol USA.....

It's not just Florida, it's here and everywhere. Up here, they don't want us riding - PERIOD. There are virtually no trails in MASS that an ATV is allowed on and of course the power lines and RR are not allowed. But, I have been riding around here for 20 years and only bagged once years ago by the EP's.

They would obviously prefer the kids stay indoors and play video games, because the towns/cities have no money for athletic sports either. And, there are no legal riding areas for the kids. So we might as well encourage them to sniff paint, take pills and work there way up to other recreational sources that are available to the public.

I LOVE THE GOOD OLE USA!! :D
