lifan engines

whats up with these lifan motors are they junk?i have a 82 185s roller will any of these lifan engines fit? are they direct bolt in or are mods required. if anyone has any insight on this pls let me know .thanks

talk to KASEY ! he is I believe the resident guru on the lifans(he uses them in his custom atc70's)

they are good engines/trans setups from what i have heard. as for bolt in, i have no clue. someone will though!

the lifan 200 with the manual clutch should bolt in if i'm not mistaken. I did the swap on my 200x.

the only issues are making your own wiring harness...and trimming your chain guard a bit on the new engine...a hacksaw does the trick. not too hard at all.
