1982/83 ATC 185s

[82/83ATC185s]

I Cant get this thing to start. It has great compresion, spark and is getting fuel. I bought this as a parts bike cuz my ex brother in law blew up my other motor. I know the guy I got this motor from and it has never been apart. Any ideas?

Is the timing set right? Could be off. Will it fire at all? Try pop starting it, if that don't work, dig deeper.
