Here is one I sold about a year ago. I wish I keep it now. I am looking for something similar now. If you guys have a bike to trade for a very nice 250sx let me know.

Yep she's a rotary valve. Its not running right now cuz the previous owner while he was riding it, the top ring snapped and scored the piston down about an inch so i need 2 get it rebuilt , new piston and a pipe. The rest of the bike is gud though.

Heres my pride and joy of my vintage bikes. Its a 1973 Yamaha AT3 125. Shes almost all origional and runs excellent. Its registered and I still ride it around town and use it to go into the woods to get to the secret fishing holes ;)

Looks REALLY nice buddy! Have it from new ?

I never had the 125 or 175 but did ride them both as freinds had them, nice peppy machines for sure. My only complaint was the seats were not very cushiony and if I remeber right, they would blow out dash or turnsignal bulbs once in a while.

Those were the days, when new they were around $695 or so.

Thanks for the compliments! I have not owned it from new....im only 22. I just have an appreciation for older bikes. Have not had a problem with blowing bulbs yet.....hopefully I dont in the future. Wow, i wish i could get a brand new dual sport for $700 today....dayum.

Does anyone know much about the yamaha mx series bikes?
I heard they were pretty much stripped down enduros but thats all i know about the bikes. I might have the opportunity to by a 1980 mx175 i just wanted to know if it was a good bike to buy if i could get it for cheap.

I had a 1980 (i think) MX80 when I was younger. To this day, that is probably the most reliable bike I have ever owned. I beat the ever living crap out of that thing and it never skipped a beat...just kept coming back for more. The only problem was that it was not very fast.

Nice AT, man. Those things are frickin' sweet, aren't they? I'm still looking for a better seat for mine, but it runs great!
