Chrome plating plastics?

How would you go about plating plastic with the chrome look? Lots of cheaper motorcycles have this done stock, is there a way to redo it, or do this to old plastic that hasn’t had it done before?

do a web search there is a place about 80 miles from me that does chrome plastic, not sure what they do on replating, but I know they do it, looks good to!

Get your wallet out. I checked before on just this. I could buy new parts for less than the plastichrome would cost to redo the same parts.

lasons does it, but man it aint cheap. like 250 to have the litle trim peice for the dash in ym dart done:rolleyes:
