250r coolant leakage

i just swapped clutch covers yesterday. put my old waterpump cover on the new clutch cover (had a mechanic swap the bearing and mechanical seal for me). then installed the shaft, rotor, washer and then the nut, put the new case on with new gasket and sealant. today i started to fill up the radiator and the next thing coolant was pouring out of the bottom of the clutch cover just below where the waterpump is..
its just one problem after another... anyone have a solution for me besides setting fire to the trike? im guessing its the mechanical seal??

Did you reuse the Mechanical seal? If so Thats probably it, you should reuse seals
