ok this build is becoming a real pain in the a**.i trying to bleed the front brakes i rebuilt the front caliper,install everything filled the brake res with fluid and when i go through the bleeding process i cant get any tension to build in the brake lever.what am i doing wrong. help!!!!!!!

I've always found motorcycle & ATV brake systems too small to bleed conventionally. Once you open the system, the easiest way to bleed them is with a vacuum pump & fluid tank. $20-$40 initial investment, but you find yourself using it quite a bit.

open the bleeder and leave it till fluid starts dripping out. Then start the normal bleeding proscess

Redneck method works faster than anything other than a mechanical pump.

i do each part one at a time. fill the ressy up, loosen the banjo bolt on the master, and let it sit until fluid leaks out. tighten up the bolt and loosen the banjo bolt on the caliper. keep on filling the ressy while the fluid bleeds into the brake line. once it come outs of the bottom banjo, tighten it up, and then use the brake bleeder.
i also have a pump
