Just picked up a 70 roller and was wondering if anyone had any good rebuild ideas for it. I have 2 basically stock ones and was looking for an inexspensive rebuild idea thats a little different. Any ideas would be great.

Best way to go is a lifan engine. You can go 110 or 125 for usually less than $500. You will probably have to change the lifan intake due to clearance problems. Also you can go kick start or convert kick start to pull start. You can go electric start. You also have the choice of auto clutch like the stock 70 or you can go manual clutch. You also have a choice or 2 on exhausts. You can run aluminum wheels. You also have several choices of fender colors and even a carbon fiber look alike fenders. There are places that make billet parts for the 70s. All depends on how crazy you want to get.

Under $300 if possible over some time. I was actual thinking of a small 2 stroke motor like a kx60.
