Ok I know Honda never made a 1988 Honda 70 But, If they did maybe it would look a little like this.

Nice! Is that socket on the back for a child tether to kill the machine?

HA HA lol
No it's a 12V socket and I have a adapter in it to charge the batt.
Electric start / remote kill / no gears just cyntrifical (whatever) clutch/ Hi-Lo beam headlight/taillight,
it is a 110 CC Chinese motor (not long life but runs good for now) bolted right up and runs SMOOTH!!
The head light is off a 110 Honda and I replaced the original headlight switch with the Keyed ignition.

Who is it for? ,,,,,, Well my 3 year old said she likes the 84 Red one. So I will be fixing up that one for her this next winter. I guess that this will have to be for my unborn one due in Sept.
I should have taken pics but... this one looked like a basket case when I got it. The Motor was half taken apart, the fenders were all scratched up and the tires went down after a couple days.
I completely took it apart and had EVERYTHING sandblasted primed and painted in the original red. The tank is to look like its big brother 350X in the shed. (shasta White I think) The motor came out of a little 4-wheeler that was rolled on the maiden voiage (he bent the frame). Traded him a 15" TV for it.
By the way.... With the way it is geard it will do 37 to 40 MPH "Fast" for a little 70,, I mean 110. (I'll probably gear it down for the little ones driving it.

This pipe and muffler were all part of a lttle four-wheeler I traded a TV for. The frame was bent with less than 5 hours on the whole thing.
I did need to heat up the pipe to make the muffler come out at the correct placement but that took maybe 10 min.
I need to redo the paint on the pipe but it still works fine. This past summer at the local parade I was running this around town taking care off "official parade things" when one of the real parade people asked to use it. They used it for about 2 hours and have asked to use it this next year.
