cr500 coil resistance?

hey does anyone know what the resistance should be on a cr500 ignition coil? im not sure what year its off of but its on my 310R and the guy said its cr500. Lets say it's supposed to be 2.4 ohms, does this mean i can use (pretty much) any coil that has a 2.4 ohms resistance? i just glanced at a few on ebay and this dont look to me like a cr500 coil cause the mounting tabs are different.

well i've been messing with the 310 for about 4 hrs now and it STILL dont have spark. im getting power to the tether switch but not to the ignition coil, im so frustrated i cant even think
