I pulled the rear end to replace the bearings. The bearings were seized and ate away at the axle so the new bearings are sloppy. Is there any (cheap) way to repair this or should i just get a new axle. Honda has discontinued it so cant get it there. Are there any places where i can buy a new one?

You can probably find one on ebay or here in the classifieds. What do you mean the bearings "ate away at the axle"?

The bearings seized and would not turn so the axle spinning inside the bearing that would not move wore down the surface of the axle. Sorry im still half asleep hope someone can explain it better...

Oh okay. Looks like your definitely going to need a new axle. I would post in the classifieds here and check ebay.
I have my 200s rear apart as well, changing the bearings, brakes and chain.

Same happened to me, but a friend did get his fixed, His grooves were very bad so he got it welded and machined.

The same thing happened to my old 200m. Your best bet is ti find a decent axle and use it. Welding and machineing seems extreme compared to just finding a good one from a parted out bike.
