im running the ESR with a 39 pwk, boyseen reeds. nothing done to motor really. runs very nice. cant remember the jetting on it either. I like it, was a little rough putting it on due to the mounting brackets not lining up perfect but its very nice.

Well you Know Mrs.Mosh runs one on hers.
Ditto what Bingham said....They ARE a PITA to get fitted correctly.

The good points are, it is rugged, very thick walled and tough. We have some sort of aftermarket Silincer on hers.We were told it is a Bill's or Motofast. It bolted right to the silencer.I dont think ESR makes a silencer for the 2 fiddy.I could be wrong though.

Her mods are this,20 over jug,no porting,stock head PJ 36 mil carb from a 98 cr250
48 pilot,165 main and boyeson reeds.

It pulls very nice in the mid and wails on top.The bottom end lacks slightly.
Next to my ported 250R trike with a CR head gasket,PWK 38 mil carb and v-force 2 and DG pipe,She gets behind me on the starts, but will catch me and run with me.We both run the same gearing and tires and have plus 3 swingers.

I think besides a Paul Turner Hi -Rev,it is the best pipe hands down.
I think it is the toughest built pipe I have ever seen.

Esr does make a silencer for it, atleast they did about 3 years ago.
