I have heard in many places that a js 650 piston is used as a big bore kit for the tecate 3 wheelers. All of them. I was told that the piston will give you the 300 kit and the crank will give you the other 3o making it a 330.I have a spare cylinder that was resleeved wrong so its a dud. Any info on this would be great.

Contact Sprock Racing. He's the Kawi guy, and he'll have answers on feasibility.

tritecate350 is his handle here. PM him. He is sometimes busy with farming and other things he's got his hands full on lots of sweet projects. Give him a few days. He does alot of kawi stuff. He did a bigbore motor for ccdhowell here on the boards as well.

did you click on the cwr link on tecate connection? after hitting the link, scroll down till you come to to engine kits, brings up a whole page with some info on the different kits. contact greg at cwr via email or phone, he's the engine guy there, he should be able to help you out. everytime i have ever emailed him he replied pretty fast. give it a try.

Well yes and no. Way back that you just got a "big bore sleeve" and the stock js 650 piston is the "first" size in your new cylinder. And when you blow that up the next and the next. Or mabey I am imagining things.
