I finally got my engine on Friday from masonryman, if your box is like mine;

Go to the post office and ask for it, the oil was all around the box, CDI was cracked because there was no protection and they were holding it because of the OIL.

im not expecting a package. after he had gotten the money order he told me that there was somthing wrong with the motor and he wasnt goin to sell me a broken motor wich im greatful for. in that same letter he asked me again what my mailing addess was to ensure that he infact would be sending it to the right address. so i gave him my address again and i havent heard from him sence. ive called a few times every other week. carful not to go crazy with it. no answer at all. i leave messages no return... his last post was 4 weeks ago. hope hes alright on one hand but its 250 bucks and i need a crotch rocket!!

i must say you have been very patient. i would imagine something is wrong if he said he wouldnt sell you a broken motor. i would imagine if he was trying to screw you you never would have even heard that.
just call once a day, and hopefully someone here knows if somethings up.

Funny, we had a "parts man" and "carpenter man" and neither one of those guys seemed to deal with people well either.

I can only offer my suggestion. When a board member offers to sell me something, I search the "members posts" and see what they are like and what they've been up to. If they have 200 posts just about selling crap, I usually avoid them. Try to buy parts from longtime members that post questions, help and other variations of posts and topics.

At least you'll know there involved with 3 wheelers and not just hear to make a buck...............
