The 200X looks kinda sad in the line up of machine's in it's disaray ,so I think I am gonna get the ball rolling on it to at least get her running good, while I'm looking worldwide for some of these part's.The plans are that it's gonna be a ground up restoration, but it's gonna be awhile I can deffinatly see that.Gonna go for the garage queen .But today I'm just gonna get it running good. The motor does run ,but has carb issue's,and it's supposed to have a bunch of work done to the motor ,I guess I'll find out.Any clue on the pipe on it? My brother (joedirt) has an '86 and his pipe is different also.Any line on '87 200x part's,just let me know. And I sure would like too see some of your guy's '86 and '87 200x's.Post em' up !!

both has the keys. they are actually pretty unmolested. I cut off the torn shock boots. the one with the rack has a exhaust leak, and the kickstart needs work, it'll pull out and spin around. I looked at it and it seems the boss that stops the kick start from spinning too far back is just worn.
Ive tried selling them locally but seems folks in town arent really intrested in trikes or I just asked too much for them. jim

Roger - I am sure you'll make that baby shine like a new one.

Here is my before and after - it is an 86 - but I did it up like an 87. Not really sure why I did that now - kinda wish I would have kept it in 1986 dress

I painted OEM 86 red shrouds white.

As for the Decals - yes - they came from Harlan.

I'll keep you in mind if I should ever stumble across any 86/87 200X parts.
