Ok i know someone has more cash to spend on gas than me, as well as a generator, wireless internet card, laptop, and a digital camera. So where are the pics??? Wish i could have made it to meet some of you guys be then i had to come back to the painful reality of 3.99 a gallon...

3.8 liters per gallon, so you're at $5.32 a gallon. We're not far behind.

This threads getting off course. Where's the Trike Fest pics. There's got to be people riding there right now. I'm still mulling it over. I'd only have about $80 in gas round trip, but that's still a lot.

You think your prices are high,

Were paying $2.50 per liter over here in the UK

Its not so much the price being high you have take into account we've had a 60%+ increase in 12 months so everyone is struggling to readjust their budgets. Along with the gas increase has come an increase in all goods and services. All of the money we were saving goes to groceries and gas now. Home heating oil/propane/NG has done the same maybe even worse. Its just gonna take some time, lifestyle changes, and intelligence to compensate for the hit due to the gas price...

ANYWAY WHERE ARE THE PICS???

If I brought a camera it would have got ruined, just like 50% of the stuff I brought....

The weather got terrible on Friday and destroyed the tracks and the drags. Fortunately we had 4 days to meet, talk shop and have our own private bragging rights but it got real bad out there.

Imaging not having a place to have a clean shower, a clean bathroom and your tent and belongings are all soaked and or filled with mud. Even my helmet was filled with mud.....

I had the time of my life, so glad I went but I learned allot on my 1st trip to Haspin.

Well, dont know if you saw the pics thread of our first UK Trikefest (tFUK) back in april, but the weather was a bit grim then, sun shining when we arrived on saturday morning, by the time we woke sunday morning we had 3" of snow!
