From what I can see it is a regular 200 41 tooth sprocket on the rear. It's in sad shape and keeps popping off the chain because if it's condition. one question is if I get a sprocket with less teeth will it make it faster? the next question is on flebay the only ones i see are $50 with 7 shipping is this how much they run.
If not what is a fair price.
Thanks guys!!

higher in the back will have quicker acceleration, and higher in the front with have a higher top end.
Just go to dennis kirk or your local honda dealer (same parts either way) and you wont have to pay shipping if you get it local. I had mine in hand in 2 days, yes the price is about $40 for the rear and $15 for the front locally (parts unlimited), TC...

Higher as in more teeth?
Thanks for your quick reply.
I was hoping to have this all back together tonight but I guess that's not going to happen.

Oh yea numerically higher tooth count, so dropping the rear or going up in the front will make it faster on the top end...

Well called all honda dealers around my area and the cheapest was for back sprocket only and it was $68 so I ended up going to flebay and getting front back and new chain for $57.98 shipped. Thanks for all your help..

That sounds like a good deal, did you get the o-ring chain? I bought an o-ring KMC chain (personal preference), and both sprockets, it ran around a hundred give or take 10 bucks...

No it says non o ring chain. whats the difference? will a non o ring chain screw something up? Still learning here. thanks for the patients ;)

O-ring is supposed to have less friction and is less likely to bind up (kink) if it gets rusty. If you ride it a fair amount and keep it lubed a non o-ring will perform just as well...
