Need Help With warrior...about sick of this thing

Ok bought two warriors 89 and 97, the 97 was wrecked beyond repair. So i figured damn near the same bike. 89 had a blown motor. 97 ran mint before i pulled it, put it in the 89 frame. Every thing went great untill i went to hook up stator coil wires they arer different. Ok switch stator coils, went to start it. this is the weird part, it only sparks when i push in the start button, if i push it really fast it will spark like normal. I did get it to fire but i had to hold it half trottle to keep it from dying. i have replace soleniods, on/off switch, coils, spark plugs, checked connections over and over, the only thing i can even think of the 97 runs a cdi box behind the battery. Do u guys think if i run the 97 wiring harness with the cdi box with the 97 stator coil, it would do anything.

Actually that makes allot of sense to me. I know it's a pain the the *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited* to swap out all the wiring, etc. but should work fine after that.

opps my bad the engine is out of a 95. But still haven't located a wireing harness. i was wondering if the flywheel would have any effect on spark . Could and one tell me if the fly wheels are the same on a 89 and 95 warrior engine.
