What year is my ATC 90?

[ATC350X 85]

I just picked up an atc 90 for free. The numbers on the head tube read as follows ATC 90-1717606. Just wondering what year it is.

in my big book of honda identication book those numbers only come close to one year the last year thew made them 78 if you could look again at the frame and see if u missed any or look on the bottom of the crank case and get me those numbers ioll try to look again or what color is the bike the tank color and stuff like that !!!

I think it is a 78 as well, i looked in the specifications page here and it said if the number starts with 1700000.... etc it is a 78.
