1980 Yamaha IT125?

I recently bought a used Yamaha 2 stroke dirt bike. The frame came up as a 1982 Yamaha YZ125 but the engine was not a 1982 engine. It was more like a 1980 but the engine number didn't match up. After a phone call to the Yamaha dealership I was told that the engine was from a 1980 IT 125, a bike similar to the YZ but it was an enduro with lights, horn, etc.

I have been able to find almost nothing about this motorcycle. Does anyone out there have any experience with this bike?
