9/10
reason because lack of suspension in the rear.

Depends on the purpose. If it's purpose is utility then 9/10 because of no rear suspension.
If it's purpose is sport then 7/10
Either way, they are great trikes and fun to ride

Life is too short for hardtails. They're ok for camp trikes... save your money for a 200X

i ownes a 200es, and with tires at 1 psi the trials an't that bad. lil bouncy but not bad at all. i really don't care about speed. just loves going in the mud or what ever nature trows at me, also nice when i gotta tow the quads back home.

I should be getting my 185 back from the shop soon. I haven't rode a trike since I sold my 200x. I'll try riding it with the tires a 2 pounds and see how it does.

My cousins father in law has a couple and they are nice machines, easy to ride and always a blast. You can't really compare them to much other than the hardtails so i'd say because of the starter they are the best if thats what you're looking for. And if you want an all around machine a 250SX would be better suited for more speed and messing around with, but still have the utility value...

I love my 83 for just puttin around and towing stuff. In all honesty, it feels much more comfortable than my 350 and 200x. As Alan put it, its like riding a couch!
I rate the 83 200E 10/10. Purpose built machine with great looks and versitality!

84 200es is a 10 for a utillity trike. Shaft drive, electric start, reverse, and a high/low tranny....what could beat that!? I prefer the 84 over the 85-87 because of the low range tranny. I'll take the low range power over rear suspension.
