just wondering, how was the jetting? any lean conditions being that high in elevation?

Mine ran fine both times up.At about 4,000 feet the slight hesitation in the throttle went away.

I give a quick ride report of the day... It was a great ride, i had a lot of fun. For anyone thinking of coming up, it is worth the day drive to get here and have the opportunity to drive up 6k ft with a trike. This is only done once a year as far as i know.
The weather was as nice as it could be, even better than last years. Deepa brought his 86 tri-z and i took my 250r. No issues with jetting but i was having issues with my plug cap not connecting well. Met up with edog and tim on their nice shiny 250Rs near the top and hung out a bit. A lot of attention was brought about over the 3 wheelers up on the top. Many people came over to us to talk about them and an overwhelming positive feedback. I think people were amazed to see 4 of them together. The Tri-z stood out as they usually do. NHATV club took video and many were taking pics of the 3 wheelers. Edog almost blinded me on the way up with the shine/glare coming off that pipe.
Coming down was cool and i tried to get a bunch of actions shots as we descended. There is no helmet requirement for NH ATVs or motorcycles so we took advantage of that and cruised in shorts, t shirts and baseball caps. Need good brakes which i didnt have so i was using the gears to keep me slow.
The views were amazing as you can see in the pics.
Then we hooked up with Edog and went to success trail. My R was running horrible and after taking it half apart on the trail, we foung the plug cap was loose and corroded. Got that fixed and the R ripped better than ever. hit some drags and sand pits, did like 50 miles of waterbarred trails. off the trail at 5pm and home at 8:30. I had a great time.
oh and i will claim the victor in the drags................... Deepa bring the fast Z next time.
It was nice to meet up with Edog finally, and his buddy Tim and yes he did get that R dirty. :)

It was cool to finally go up mt washington and to do it on a trike was even better.
Definately a good ride up the mountain and at berlin later on. It was cool to finally meet the infamous edog and beat him on the strip a few times haha.
As far as the fast z, if i had a good launch off of the line, it would have been close until 5th. 6th gear on a r is a killer. It just keeps pulling. Getting rid of the stock pipe should really do a lot for me. The other z would have beaten you in 5 gears, but i know it has a lot more top end speed than the red one.
Chris...go *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited* yourself.
It was nice meeting up you guys and should definately do it again sometime. I know it really hurt getting mud on the trikes. Mine will stay dirty until i was it before i leave on friday.
It was well worth the 12 hrs or so of driving. The ride home from pauls house was a killer. I dont remember any of it until i backed into my garage door hahaha. Kinda scary if you think about it.

there has been a lot of talk about it. cuda posted about it last year. edog this year.
Its a yearly thing, usually the last sunday in July. Downside is that you have to be registered in NH to go up...73 bucks, and a 25 dollar ticket. It was well worth every penny in my opinion.
Its only open one day a year for ATV's...nhatv site has all of the details.

I enjoyed dragging against your Z.You did have the upper hand a bit past 4th gear with that drag ported head and 39 mm carb. You need to get a good pipe for the Z.It will really wake it up!!!Hows that seal doing?
I think i may have you beat in the 300 ft.1 of my launches weren't so good but the rest were rite on the money.

well the seal stopped leaking so i either ran out of oil or the mud sealed it up.

Did you guys take anymore pics after we left.
