You definitely need wheel bearings. Yes, you can replace the rear wheel bearings. Be prepared for a job! It's hard work, but not hard, if that makes sense. I buy most of my parts from dratv.com so check them out. Otherwise, I've often gotten bearing kits from mfgsupply.com. Either way, you'll need two bearings and two seals.
The carb can be cleaned out with regular carb cleaner or a carburetor dip. Check your local auto parts store. You'll likely need a carb kit as well, which you can also get from dratv.com. If you have other questions, just ask. People on here are always willing to help!

If it's rocking that bad they should not be that hard to get out (bearings) as they probably disintegrated. Worst thing is taking everything apart in the back to get them out. Not really a hard job just time consuming. For 125$ it's hard to go wrong. If it's running for that price you got a steal...at least here it would be!
