First of all i'd like to say HI to eveyone here, i'm new. Live near 100 Mile House BC. I just got a 1984 Honda 125M and it has a problem running. The trike runs fine for about 5 minutes then quits. Just before it stalls the RPM's go down. Almost seems like it's flooded and you have to let it sit for an hour or so before it'll run again. The trikes got a new battery, oil change and I sprayed some carb cleaner in the carb. Any ideas?

try letting it idle with the gas cap loose.

on your fuel tanks lid theres probably a switch that you can turn and on the lid it says on and off. Turn it on. I had it turned off on my 200s it would run then die out shortly after i start it. and when i took the fuel line off there was no fuel coming out but turning that switch on solved that problem.

Check your petcock,it may be clogged. When it sits the junk floats away from it until you start it again, then it gets sucked back in. Check your fuel filter to.

I see you said you sprayed some cleaner in the carb, but have you taken it off and cleaned the screen and bowl out? Check your gas cap first (let it run with the cap off or switch the lever on top like WaimakRydah suggested). If that doesnt work, check the inline filter IF it has one. If not, then pull the carb off and clean the screen and bowl out well.
