Shipping three wheelers....how much $$$?

How much would it cost to have a trike shipped from the west coast to the east coast? Who can do it?

I got a price of around 2000 once I think. Not sure but it was high. It was more than the bike.

I know a guy that does not charge very much. But the trade off is you cannot be in a hurry.

hmm...$2000 to ship a trike is a bit much. Dont think I can afford that. I'll talk to some freight companies and see what they say.

There are many transit / brokers that will ship bikes. I can remember reading out of Dirt Bike mag that it cost around $400-600 depends on size. CH Robinson, Transpro ship everything from Food to Steel. Can the shipper take it to a Transit Hub and strap it to a pallet? From my experance with Fed-Ex a 8x10(x96" height) under 1000lbs was $600 bucks Coast to Coast 5-7business days but I was shipping steel.
