Got this bad boy for$365 bucks.Only 30 miles away too.He said it lost compression.I took the head and jug off.Itlooks as if water got in there. The headpipe was loose. So i am not sure if water can get in there or if the lower cylinder gasket was bad??? The bolts holding the top end together werent too tight. Anyways I have been looking at those complete jug kits on ebay.Anyone ever use one?I priced out all the parts I need plus the bore and that ebay auction is cheaper. Once I get it running.Ill see about getting a few replacement parts for the bike.A-arms are bent on one side.could use a frame.but I am not going to go crazy, unless I get dirt cheap frame.Grabbar and rear brake cable. Some parts I have from a guy I know. But who knows. It will be good to have an inexpensive quad again.Gotta love those yellow rims!!! All in all the bike is all there and only needs a few little things.

Nice. When I read the topic I was thinking why would he buy a Blaster. lol. But the price and location were right, I would have prob done the same. They are kinda fun peppy little bikes to mess around on.

I know what ya mean!! A Blaster!!! But for the price I figured it would be a good bike to part out this winter. But seeing how it i just the topend, why not try and dump $200 into it and have a runner.Hopefully it is just the top end.Otherwise under the knife she'll go....

I bought a 2001 rolling blaster 1 1/2 years ago.Motors then were $400-700 bucks. So I just parted the bike out.Orginally paid $300 for the roller, after ebay and paypal fees. And took the orginal purchase price out.I made $250-300 off of it.So I figure a complete one I could at least Double my money. I always look for cheap bikes in my area. They dont show up often. But here is another one I just won off ebay.

And it is not like they are missed labeled or anything.I am surprised at how little they go for.Good for me.Bad for the sellers.I still have to pick the yamaha up.

I am falling right back into my addiction!!! Just when I make room in the barn,I find all these bikes!!! :w00t:

Damn, that 3-wheeler is rediculously cheap. I used to have 2 of em that were all apart. I traded them to my brother and he ebayed them for like $350 I think, it was a lot for a pile of parts. Kinda wish I woulda kept em. Oh well. I wonder if you could get that Blaster motor in there!
