When responding to a thread about how teh ev1l guverment is gonna ban our trikes, I found a little hint at why the new ruling. That got me doing some research, and *shazaam!*
The white one is allegedly a 49cc two stroke. the black one looks like a 49cc four stroke with a fake dual exhaust. But it has turn signals, a horn, and what looks like DOT tires.
