For anyone who seen my thread about my 84 250R that wasn't running that great it has been fixed. It was the reed valves. I think I'm a little rich on the main but it runs great! I'm pretty happy with it. But now with the extra power the clutch is a bit weak. I've come across a few options so I figured I'd ask what everyone thinks or if they have a suggestion.

I'm leaning toward the EBC for $53 from Dennis Kirk.

I've also found the Vesrah for $70

I would stick with OEM unless you want to experiment.

If your at 250cc than OEM stock would be the way to go.

Glad to see you fixed it. I like Vesrah. I have it on my 350X and it doesn't slip. I've beat on it and it still holding. My buddy and I race each other. His 250R against my 350X and I've beat him twice before his rebuild, but now I can't catch him. We both wheelie out of the hole. Quite the sight to see. Beets

Is Vesrah made in Japan?

It's only 250cc and the most it will ever get is pipe, carb, reeds, air filter, etc. So it sounds like OEM is the way to go. Could someone do me a favor and get me the part number from service Honda? It's not working for me, must be a connection problem at work. Thanks!
