Tri-z Clutch Handle Feels to tight

On my 85 Tri-z the clutch feels to tight when I squeeze the handle. When I clutch it, the handle is like squezzing a hand grip for building finger muscles. And it seems that it releases a little slowly. May be in the control line or sticking clutches. The other tri-z's clutch and release easily and fairly quickly. Where should I start to find the trouble?
Also I need some bulbs for the lights. Will local dealers still carry them?

Im not sure about the lights, I havent bought any.

I'm pretty sure that the bulbs are still available. Shop around for price. Last time I checked they were like 11 bucks a piece.
