Seized Front Axle HELP!!!

hi im new to the site.. OK I need help on taking part the front axle on my honda 200e 1982.. Its seized bad i have the nut off but cant slide out the axle...Tryed smoking it a few good whacks with a heavy hammer with the nut on but that never worked soaked it in WD 4.0 nothin,, Im thinkin maybe some heat? I noticed this is a occuring problem with this year cause i was searching ebay and i seen most axles listed with the front shock and spacer attched still.. like they cant get it off either listed i hate to grind off the axle at each end just to get the tire off.. It has a flat old tired all cracked up and stuff... SO any help would be welcomed...

I've got the same problem on my 84' 200ES BIG RED. I'm pretty sure that a blow torch (HEAT) will do the job. It worked with getting my rear axle/rear end apart on my 81' ATC200.

Well i hammered away at it mushroomed the end of the axle good,, that meant a bit of grinding !!!i had to grind the axle END in a Domed shape meaning geting rid of the few threads i screwed up.. WHY? Cause with it being mushroomed it would never fit through the bearings,, .. Dam anyways i took a torch to
both spacers heated em up real good.. Then took a smaller pipe wrench with a snipe extention and held the end of the axle So it would not move at all.. USED THE PIPE WRENCH AND SNIPE on those seized spacers finally spraying away at them as i heated.. Then IT WAS hammer time again,,
Tuff man tuff,, I had to get rid of the mushroomed end of the axle before i punched it through the bearings and the middle spacer tube...
If i was to do it again i would simply undo the two nutts off the bottom of the forks and drop the forks axle AND the front wheel all at once.....and switch the forks if i had another set .. Two little acorn nutts thats all it would have taked.... Oh well

Its done not much daMAGE AND NEW TIRE IS ON READY FOR THE HUNT...
i DIDNT WANT TO BUY A NEW AXLE CAUSE IM CHEAP WELL HELL I AM SCOtTISH
