Well in my SPARE time, lol (actually Veal monkey got me all wound up so I started on my Tiger project) I decided to find out why my Tiger 200 motors bottom end is locked up. First Tiger did not think about pulling the clutch cover while in frame so I had to pull the motor. Cover off and clutch removed I pulled the rotory valve assy and found a Walnut, YES A WALNUT stuck in the rotary vale. Once removed it turned over!!!! yea!!!:Bounce BUT.... the crank is packed with seeds and corn.:(
Next I am going to try and flush it , but in reality I will have to tear it down for a good cleaning and check the bearings.
Hint do not store motor with intake open, I did not do this also, lol. I bought it locked up.
