Has anyone ever replaced one? Mine won't turn and I think something may be broken on the inside. It shifts ok, but I can't adjust it. And yes I loosened the lock nut. I can't find a a picture of it on any exploded views that I have found. I am not sure what could be wrong. Any ideas or pics would be appreciated. Thanks

Sometimes they bottom out on the inside of the clutch cover. Take the cover off and loosen it up from the inside.
I have also had the arm crack.

So no one else has taken one out before? Any more info or pics would help. Thanks

I tell you it really is a simple thing. Drain the oil, take the bolts out of the cover (you don't need to remove the round plastic heat cover) and the cover will pull out. It might stick to the old gasket but will come out. Then the adjuster arm is on the cover and you can loosen/inspect it. This is also a good time to clean that oil screen you never have.
