I'd say no more than 650.
I just found one that looked utterly beautiful for 125 and all it needed was a topekd rebuild and tank coating. So for 220 and maybe 2 hours of work, I'll be ridding dirty.
Your mint mite be different then my mint. With that being said...location location location. It's hard to give you a number without a pic or seeing it in person.
Just check your local craigslist and look at all the one's that are for sale that look there best.
Find the $ number that are all close to the condition and go from there. A lot of the time when you see them they aren't what people say they are.

I agree with the $650 number. A machine with 10 hours is usually mint. A bike that needs tires, brakes, cables, seat cover, or ANY frame paint isnt really a high dollar bike. Once the factory frame paint needds touched up, its just a rider. Restores are great but its not the same. I've found that a bike thats been apart, even if it was done at the dealership just isnt the same as a low hour bike. My 1st 85 200X was so much different than all the other 200Xs I've ridden. The engine was so crisp and responsive. It didnt lose power when it got hot. It had power way into the high RPM range. Anyway, it just ran much better than my friends X with a brand new top end and fresh carb rebuild ETC.
What I'm getting at is... MINT is worth say $650, GOOD is worth $450. Even though the plastic may be sweet, tires may be new, the fact is something has wear. Although a 70 is darn near bulletproof and is totally reliable either way. In my opinion when someone fixes up a wheeler and thinks they are gonna ask the same amount as someone selling a low hour barn find, they are crazy. But then again if its just gonna be ridden........ Also I agree with Edog, location makes a difference on value. If its next door its worth more in my opinion.

frame has no rust or paint chips...chrome is perfect. everything on it is damned near perfect.
I'm thinking that way back when when they blew the engine...it went into storage.

the 3 wheeler in question sold for 1025.00!! on ebay it was located in Jersy, my max bid was 600.00 it looked to need nothing at all. some people will pay watever it takes. I was watching a bunch of 350x parts that sold for rediculous amounts of money, over 100.00 for a headlight gaurd, close to400.00 for a USED head well over a hundred for an ok recovered seat.

I agree, I have seen them sell for as much as 1200
all depends on several factors, but for a everyday runner for a kid to play with, yeah, expect to go up to $650-700
Anything more, It had better be well worth it :beer

Yea I never thought of that but if a guy doesn't care if a part sells first time, or sits around for a while then he can chance bidding on it to raise the price up. What shiesters!!

I wasn't really talking about Ebay, but your right.
There are just a lot of collectors here, and if it is really unused and all stock, they do sell for some bucks. But it is rare!
But it sounds like you are looking for a daily rider, just keep your eyes open, you will find one. Times are getting tough, people are selling off all there un necessities. Bad for them, good for you.
I happen to come across a lot of divorce sales for some reason. Guess it has to do with my region.:wondering
Good luck!
