Picked up a 85 125m today

I picked up a 84 125m today for $50.00 The PO said he had a problem keeping it going. I'm hoping a carb and tank clean will fix the problem.

Nice pickup. I bought an '84 last winter for $85. I cleaned it and gave it a tuneup and sold it a couple months ago for $275. Yours should be an easy fix.

Wish I could find those types of deals around here. Well actually I bought an 84 big red for $100 and only put new stator and plug in and it ran great. Nice find though! :)

You need to get the correct tank on there. Other than that it's a pretty nice bike. If you need the toolbox door for the rear fenders they are still available new from Honda for under $20.

The tool box door is there. After I get it running, I hope to get the right tank.

You can get tanks for decent prices on eBay since these don't seem to be all that popular of trikes. At least that's what I saw when searching for parts on there a few months back.

Looks like an 82 tank and yeah the 125 tanks are on ebay a lot, not that cheap though...think the last one I saw went for over 100 bucks.
