atc 250r front fender what fits what?

i was just wondering if anyone out there knows if say an 85-86 250r fender will fit earlier years? I've noticed that the 83-84 fenders are alot more expensive than any other year and want to keep mine in good shape. thought maybe swapping out a junker from a differant year to ride in BLM so as not to put anymore scracthes on mine.

you can use the 85-86r or x on about any x or r with little to no mods

83-85 200x
83-86 250r

All those are interchangable. The 350x and 86-87 200x do not swap with the others.

its pretty easy it mount a 250r fender on a 350x,,,
