i really hope not, we have enough made in china as it is, honestly, heres what i think. the companies will fail, yes this will be horrible to the economy and make times pretty tough, but, new companies will arise from the ashes, companies more concentrated towards fuel efficinet/ alternative fuel vehicles, this will also bring more variety to the market. think about it, ever realize how most of the new cars being released look the same? I am curious to see where things go, but i hope the chineese do not buy gm and chrysler

Anyway all GM passenger cars are not american. The smaller one are from the ex-Daewoo manufacture and the other are european I think. They should stick to make trucks.
