Someone pointed out to me, that this could very well be a Mugen pipe... although I  at the thought, it just doesn't seem to look like one. It's very VERY fat, There aren't any markings anywhere... it is just something crazy! The previous owner, took it from the previous owners old drag trike that used a 250cc cylinder apparently. This is the same guy whom i bought my motoplat off of. ANy idea's anyone?
My pipe:

I think it is a mugen:

I would 100% agree but look
1). the stinger location on the pipes, and
2). the abrupt de-cline towards the stinger in comparison to the Mugan's smooth decline.
3). how the pipe comes out of the cylinder is straight while all of the mugen pipe's are twisted and curled around
Notice in this picture how the connecting piece to the head is all curled in a sort of S shape fashion but cut in half?

while this is almost straight?

Like dude I want to believe... but maybe i'm the only one who see's this?
How my pipe looks to be the same at the bend, but has such a sharp cut-off at the end.

idk maybe it's a Modified Mugen

I noticed that your pipe also only has mounts for the rear/red heat guard and none for the lower/black guard, while all the pics of the Mugen pipes do have these mounts.

It could be Bassani. I'm pretty sure Bassani and the Mugen were the only aftermarket pipes that let you still run the stock heatshield.

idk how many models of pipes Bassani made but I had one. Doesn't look much at all like it :(
