350x question is there suppose to be oil in the stator cover

i think oli is getting into the stator cover if so what do i need to fix???? thanks guys or does just one side of the cover suppose to get oil or what plz help

its been a while but i think there is one pocket in the stator cover that is wet (shift shaft area), and the rest (around stator) is dry.

I think the only way for oil to get in actual stator pocket of the case is through the crank seal behind the stator/flywheel or from the part of the gasket around the oil pocket being chewed up.
