84 honda 250r

i found this 84 honda 250r that runs, it in pretty decent condition needs nothin to ride, and the guy wants 600 for it. is this a good price too high or should i try to talk him to a lower price? thanks

I just bought my 82 250r for $600. The guy threw in a lot of spare parts and what not, but i still would've paid $600 without. Did you listen to it run? How's the suspension and brakes?
