Whats the make and model of the ATC? You might have to adjust the air screw.

was the new carb a replacement for your bike or an upgrade?

so its the same thing you had?
if so open it up and see if it has the same jets/needle as the first one.

taking the bowl off is 3 screws. it's very simple and yes you have to ensure you are running the same size jets. w/o knowing you'll never get it dialed in.

Your gonna have to pull the carb, just be carefull not to rip the gasket/o-ring. Check the jets make sure there the right size and the needle is in the middle position, I think thats stock setting for that, not sure on stock jet sized tho.....98 mabey for the main??

tap it with the handle of a screw driver, if not, let it sit in a bowl of gas..

Rebel this is a very helpful info guide to carbs. It's worded so anyone can understand it.
