Yamaha 225DX wont start, help

I cant seem to get it to run.... here's the deal..... back in Aug. I rebuilt the complete top end.... bored, new piston and rings and gaskets.....Ran great for awhile.... my cousins came in for my wedding in Oct... I took two of my trikes and my yfz to my parents house where they were staying.... all the machines got used good...before I left for my honeymoon they were all still running good....went over there to ride with a buddy in Dec. and the 225dx wont start...it ran fine when it was parked....what my dad told me...i know he would tell me other wise if something happened. Brought it home to work on it, still cant get it to run.... heres what i tried.... getting good compression (125psi), great spark, and it gets fuel to the cylinder.... checked the timing twice. Checked and cleaned the carb twice also..all jets are free from anything

What to check??

IMO... it seems like something electrical,, but dont know where to start.

Im great at 2-strokes, but 4-strokes are kinda new to me, only been messing with them for about a 1 1/2 years now....

Need help with a honda atc 110 too, but i wanna get this dx running first.

Yeah I tried a another plug.. Both times getting great spark.

do you know if the valves are ok, i recall a guy on here a while ago who had a 125m that wouldnt start even with spark fuel and compression, turned out it was a bent valve

They were good when i did the top end.... unless one bent since than... I will take the top off and check.
