I bought a 110 and am troubleshooting a compression problem, replaced rings and am now working the valves,
I am also concerned with a warped head , does anybody know of a good test or troubleshooting methods to rules this out before I put anymore time into this one??
Thanks for any help.

Try picking up a service manual for it that would probably tell you how to do that, plus your going to need it for setting the valves.

Depending how the head is warped it can be hard to check. The simplest way is to take a machinists scale and try to put it flat against the gasket mating surface and see if it contacts the scale entirely from one side to the other and you check that across your head and side to side on all the sides. You might have to check it as many different directions as you can. That will spot most warpage. Just take your time and make sure the scale is sitting flat as possible on one side before you check how flat it is to the other side.

you sure you got the rings right? did you have it done by a shop or just slap new rings on a old worn jug? new rings won't work on a worn jug. needs to be honed at a minimum.

I've never seen a 90 or 110 warp. Would not worry too much about that.

Thanks guys,
Did not hone the cylinder, only installed new set of rings per the service manual.
I will look into having it done.
Also filled the head with acetone and it held fluid with no leaks, is this a decent valve seal test?
Read about it on another forum.
Compression is down around 90 psi. and Won't start

90 psi is not bad, but low IMO
think you better hone the cyclinder
and go from there, replace those rings again, you damaged them already
and giver her a go, I think you will be suprised, 110cc are very rugged and can withstand tons of abuse, I know mine has, LOL!
